Return & Exchange
Don't feel right? If you're having second thoughts about the items and wanting to return them, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days after received. Please note that the shipping fee for return must be covered by the customer, unless our products are defective in quality.
- Items are not allowed to return to the original address on the package, please contact us and make a return request first.
- Items must be returned with the original package with tag, unworn or unwashed as the same condition as you received it.
- Returned package must be sent with trackable shipping status and send the tracking number with us once available.
For defective item(s) upon arrival, you are entitled to a replacement or a store credit of equal value to the item. You do not need to send us the defective item(s) back.
Note
- Returns for event / campaign related products and clearance / sale products with defect is possible, but those without defect are yours for keeps.

Please email us photos and / or videos of service@lemifit.com and let us know your order number. Our customer service will determine your eligibility for your return application within 2-3 business days and provide you with a return address.
- There will be no handling fee charged for the whole return process.
- Giveaway items also needed to be returned with the whole original package.
Refund Timing
When we receive your package we’ll refund you within 5 business days and email you when this transaction has taken place. Refund will be back into your original account within 2-3 work days.
